What is your refund policy?⌄
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Premium purchases. If you are not fully satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
Who processes refunds?⌄
Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and handles all refunds. Paddle processes payments, manages subscriptions, and resolves all refund and return inquiries on our behalf. You will see Paddle on your bank statement as the seller.
How do I request a refund?⌄
The fastest way is through paddle.net using the email address you used during purchase. Alternatively, email us at sevenminutereset@gmail.com with your order ID and we will process it within 2 business days.
How long does a refund take?⌄
Paddle reviews and approves refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund typically appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Am I eligible for a refund?⌄
You are eligible if you purchased Premium within the last 30 days and are not fully satisfied. If you are outside the 30-day window, contact us and we will review your case individually.
Can I get a partial refund for a cancelled subscription?⌄
No. When you cancel a subscription, you keep full access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days.
What is the EU right of withdrawal?⌄
EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. However, by starting Premium you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this right is lost once delivery begins.
Do I need to return anything?⌄
No. Our product is entirely digital (guided breathing, bedtime stories, and meditation sounds). There are no physical goods to return. All refunds are monetary reimbursements to your original payment method.
Where can I find my order ID?⌄
Your order ID is in the confirmation email sent by Paddle right after purchase. It usually starts with "PADDLE" followed by numbers. You can also find it on your Paddle receipt or bank statement description.
How do I track my refund request?⌄
Once submitted through paddle.net, you will receive a support ticket number by email. Use that number on the Paddle support page to check status updates. If you emailed us directly, we will reply within 2 business days with confirmation and next steps.
I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?⌄
First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us at sevenminutereset@gmail.com with your full name, approximate purchase date, and the email you believe you used. We will locate your order and resend the confirmation.
How do I cancel my subscription?⌄
You can cancel at any time via your Paddle customer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email) or by contacting us. Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Why is Paddle listed on my bank statement?⌄
Paddle is our Merchant of Record — the legal reseller responsible for processing your payment, collecting taxes, managing subscriptions, and handling refunds. They appear as the seller on your statement because they are the entity officially managing the transaction.
