1. Our guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Premium purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net or contact our support team at hello@sleepritual.eu.

3. Step-by-step instructions

  1. Locate your order confirmation email — it contains your order ID and the email address used for purchase.
  2. Go to paddle.net and click on “Request a refund” (look for the link in your confirmation email, or visit the Paddle support page directly).
  3. Provide the required details: your order ID, the email address you used during checkout, the date of purchase, and a brief reason for the refund request.
  4. Submit the request. You will receive an automated confirmation within minutes.
  5. Wait for processing. We review and approve refund requests within 2 business days. Once approved, the refund will appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Subscription cancellations

You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a cancelled subscription.

5. EU right of withdrawal

EU consumers have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal from the day of purchase. By starting Premium you expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once delivery begins.

How do I request a refund?

How long does a refund take?

Once approved, refunds usually appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Can I get a partial refund for a cancelled subscription?

No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a cancelled subscription. You keep full access until the end of the current billing period.

Where can I find my order ID?

Your order ID is in the confirmation email sent by Paddle right after purchase. It usually starts with “PADDLE” followed by numbers. You can also find it in your Paddle receipt or bank statement description.

How do I track my refund request?

Once submitted through paddle.net, you will receive a support ticket number by email. Use that number on the Paddle support page to check status updates. If you emailed us directly, we will reply within 2 business days with confirmation and next steps.

I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If it is not there, contact us at hello@sleepritual.eu with your full name, approximate purchase date, and the email you believe you used. We will locate your order and resend the confirmation.

What is Paddle?

Paddle is our secure payment processor. They handle billing, subscriptions, and refunds on our behalf. When you purchase Premium, Paddle processes the payment and sends your receipt. All refund requests go through their platform for security and compliance.
